Zvartnots International Airport of Yerevan has gained ACI Airport Customer Experience Accreditation by Airports Council International (ACI) World. It is the only accreditation program in the airport industry to provide a 360 degree view of customer experience management.

The program helps airports improve customer experience through reviews, training, and staff involvement, Armenian News-NEWS.am was informed by Zvartnots International Airport.

“This accomplishment reflects our personnel's dedication, professionalism, and commitment to delivering high-class passenger experience every day,” the airport added.
