बिटकॉइन लिंक्ड मनी लॉन्ड्रिंग मामले में राज कुंद्रा ने बड़ा कानूनी दांव खेलते हुए बॉम्बे हाईकोर्ट का रुख किया है. उनका दावा है कि विशेष PMLA अदालत ने उन्हें सुनवाई का अवसर दिए बिना ही समन जारी कर दिया. अब सबकी निगाहें हाईकोर्ट की सुनवाई पर टिकी हैं.
