राहुल गांधी ने मामले को चुनौती देने के साथ ही सुप्रीम कोर्ट में एक अलग ट्रांसफर याचिका भी दाखिल की है,जिसमें मामले को इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट से दिल्ली हाईकोर्ट स्थानांतरित करने की मांग की गई है.
