गुजरात के सूरत में एक ज्वेलरी निर्माण इकाई के सेप्टिक टैंक की सफाई के दौरान जहरीली गैस की चपेट में आने से एक सुपरवाइजर समेत चार मजदूरों की मौत हो गई। पुलिस के अनुसार, मजदूरों के पास सुरक्षा उपकरण नहीं थे। मामले की जांच की जा रही है और पोस्टमार्टम रिपोर्ट का इंतजार है।
