The current regime deliberately keeps the Armenian people in constant fear with the threat of a new war, and even cynically predicts a catastrophe in September. However, my clear promise to the citizens is the following: after our victory and my assumption of the post of prime minister, the coming September and every following month will be absolutely peaceful. This is stated in a video message by the Strong Armenia bloc leader and prime ministerial candidate Samvel Karapetyan—who is under house arrest, addressed to the residents of Aragatsotn Province, which was shown Thursday during a meeting with voters in Talin city.

In the message, Karapetyan said that although he cannot physically be with his voters due to the restrictions imposed, his voice resonates with the voices of all compatriots who demand the immediate removal of the ruling clique. Karapetyan noted that patriotic forces are ready to sacrifice everything for saving the homeland, while PM Nikol Pashinyan is ready to sacrifice the entire country and its security to preserve his own seat.

The leader of the Strong Armenia bloc assured that his team is going to the parliamentary election on June 7 with the aim of building a powerful economy, creating 300 thousand new jobs, and opening up huge opportunities for business and agriculture. He said that it is the developed economy that will become the reliable foundation on which strong diplomacy will be built and the professional army will be modernized in Armenia.

He noted that the country will have a fully protected sky, which will be able to guarantee real security. Unlike the current officials, who line their own pockets at the expense of the state, Samvel Karapetyan reminded that his team, on the contrary, spends its own funds for the prosperity of Armenia and will forever erase the word “poverty” from the vocabulary of Armenian people.

Also, the candidate for prime minister drew special attention to the fact that PM Pashinyan was systematically defeated during all the key September escalations, including the 44-day Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) war in 2020, the subsequent Azerbaijani invasions, and the complete deportation of the Armenian population of Artsakh. He stated that society would no longer allow Armenia to be dragged into another military adventurism, and the “weak peace” of the capitulators would be replaced by the concept of “strong peace”.

According to Karapetyan, the new Armenian authorities will restore the disrupted strategic relations with Moscow, ensure Armenia's strong and authoritative positions in Washington, London and Beijing, as well as return the lost trust of the multi-million Armenian diaspora.

Samvel Karapetyan called on his supporters not to be afraid of police repression, searches and arrests, since the process of change that has begun can no longer be stopped, and the false symbols of the current regime will be erased from the people's memory by real national sanctities: the Armenian Apostolic Church and Mount Ararat.

In conclusion, Karapetyan announced that he was completely transferring the management of his largest business holding to his children in order to fully devote himself to serving the Armenian state, and called on the people of Talin to take power into their own hands by voting for the Strong Armenia bloc.
