Hraparak daily of Armenia writes as follows, in particular: In 2025, with the support of [Strong Armenia bloc leader and PM candidate] Samvel Karapetyan, the "Hayuhi" Women's Center was opened in Vardenis, where free courses—[in] confectionery, tailoring, hairdressing, etc.—for women have been organized for about a year

These courses are especially attended by women from Artsakh [(Nagorno-Karabakh)] who have problems finding a job [in Armenia].

But during the pre-election phase, the center has appeared in the sights of the NSS [i.e. the National Security Service]. It turns out that the director of the center supports the Strong Armenia party. The women participating in the free courses were recently summoned to the National Security Service, they were said: “these courses organized by Samvel Karapetyan for you are election bribes.’ The women replied that the courses were months ago, operated in 2025, and have nothing to do with the [upcoming parliamentary] elections.

Our source said that the NSS is trying to present this also as election bribery, to file a case, to scare people.

But neither the NSS nor the Anti-Corruption Committee “notices” the activities of the “My Step” Foundation of Anna Hakobyan [the wife of PM Nikol Pashinyan].
