The draft peace agreement between Iran and the US assumes the lifting of American sanctions, Al Hadath television reported, citing the document.

According to Al Hadath, within the framework of the agreement, Washington is ready to proceed with the gradual lifting of sanctions in exchange for Iran's clear fulfillment of all the conditions of the document.

The draft includes the parties' obligations to stop attacks on military, civilian or economic infrastructure facilities, as well as the cessation of military operations on all fronts.

In addition, within the framework of this possible agreement, Washington and Tehran plan to create a joint mechanism for resolving future conflicts.

US President Donald Trump on Thursday announced that the conflict with Iran would end very soon. He said that Washington is against Tehran charging for shipping through the Strait of Hormuz, and added that the US wants to remove Iranian uranium in order to destroy it.
