ओमान के मसिराह तट के पास तेल टैंकर एमटी मैरिवेक्स पर मिसाइल हमला हुआ। जहाज पर सवार 24 भारतीय नाविकों की सुरक्षा के लिए एमआरसीसी मुंबई ने तुरंत ओमान की एजेंसियों से संपर्क किया। ओमान नौसेना के हेलीकॉप्टरों ने सभी नाविकों को सुरक्षित बचा लिया। किसी के घायल होने की सूचना नहीं है।
